Registration Fee

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.

Important Notes

• One regular paper registration can cover a paper within 7 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
• Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Extra Paper Charges for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
•At least one author needs to register for paper publication.
• Registration fee for each accompanying person equals a listener.
• Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. In order to prepare materials in advance, please send us the filled registration form before October 16, 2022.
• Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.
• Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refund if you cannot participate in the conference.

Presentation

All the participants are requested to give an oral presentation in English based on their papers. Each presentation lasts 15-20 minutes. We will provide laptop and other equipments for the presentation. Presenters should get their PPT prepared before the conference.

*One excellent presentation will be selected from each session and the author of excellent presentation will be awarded the certificate before the dinner banquet.

Cancellation Policy

Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Written requests for cancellations must be sent to the ICFMM Conference Secretary in advance! Necessary documents should be offered to support your refund application.
Cancellations received on or before July 30, 2022 are entitled to refund minus 10% processing fee for author registrations and presenter registrations.
During July 30, 2022 to September 20, 2022, then 30% processing fee will be charged. 
No refund can be allowed after September 20, 2022.

Personal Reason | 个人原因
The ICFMM cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Force Majeure | 不可抗力
The ICFMM cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
